29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    a) Wagner Rents, Inc. at 5455 Holly Street, Commerce City, CO 80022:  On or about March 20th, 2014, a temp employee cleaned out the center trough in the shop area.  The trough had been used to drain corrosive floor cleaner and the employer had not provided the employee with any hazard communication training, including corrosive hazards, as required by the standard.
