29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:     a) 2 Beaver Dam Drive, East Brunswick, NJ:  Employees were observed utilizing pneumatic Hitachi nailers during roofing operations without the use of eye or face protection.     Condition observed on/or about April 23, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:       a) 2 Beaver Dam Drive, East Brunswick, NJ 08816: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 22' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards.      Condition observed on or about April 23, 2014.
