29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures:  a.)    Langley Air Force Base Exchange: On or about 04/22/14, front covers plates were not installed over the conductors of six receptacle outlets as a result employees were potentially exposed to an electrical shock hazard.  b.)    Langley Air Force Base Exchange: On or about 04/22/14, the missing front knockout plate on the 115 volts breaker panel was not provided with a cover as a result employees were potentially exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
