Worksite located at 1222 E. Walnut, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were observed working and walking near elevated employees and materials without wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a). Worksite located at 1222 E. Walnut, Columbia, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on or near unprotected sides and edges adn were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
