This condition exposed employees to struck-by eye hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) Jesus Magana Angel @ 1789-1809 Sherman Dr., St. Charles, MO 63303: On April 18, 2014, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing work. Employees worked on a 6:12 pitch, three-story, multi-family unit, residential roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard in excess of 25 ft.
