29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit must be marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g., closet).   a. Stairway to Balcony on Third Floor/Next to Main Entry way - On or about April 25, 2014, the clear glass door showing ample way to the balcony did not have a sign reading "Not an Exit". Employees were thereby potentially exposed to the hazards of fire and smoke inhalation.
