29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: 837 Saratoga Heights, St. Charles, MO 63304 Workers were performing residential roofing activities without the use of any fall protection system. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard from the approximate 7:12 pitch roof and dormer. The eave to ground distance fall hazard was approximately 8' 11" at the garage, 15' 5" at the back walk out portion, 13' 2" at the back pool side, 9' 10' at the front side of the house when facing the house, and approximately 8' eave to ground height where the access/egress ladder was located.
