The eave to ground distance fall hazard was approximately 8' 11" at the garage, 15' 5" at the back walk out portion, 13' 2" at the back pool side, 9' 10' at the front side of the house when facing the house, and approximately 8' eave to ground height where the access/egress ladder was located.
