29 CFR 1910.30(a)(2): Portable dock boards were not secured in position, either by being anchored or equipped with devices which will prevent their slipping:    (a)Western Freightways, LLC at 6540 North Washington Street, Denver, CO 80229:  On and before April 24, 2014, the employer allowed the use of portable dock boards without safety pins to secure their positions.  The portable steel docks manufactured by Bluff Manufacturing, Inc., included safety pin pockets on each side allowing for safety pins to be used to secure the dock boards between the dock and tractor-trailers. The condition exposed employees to struck-by and caught in-between hazards.
