29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors:  673rd Force Support Squadron, Outdoor Recreational Equipment Rental Bldg. 7301:  On or about 15 April 2014, and times prior thereto; two flexible extension cords were routed through holes drilled in the outside wall of the building.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
