29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: (a) Throughout Facility - On or about April 24, 2014, employees who perform servicing and maintenance on equipment and machinery with hazardous energy sources, such as but not limited to 40-Ton Injection Presses, Vertical Injection Presses, Horizontal Injection Presses, Knockout Presses, and Trimmers, were not provided with training to the authorized level, in that they were not trained in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control.
