29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   (a) On or about April 30, 2014, for three employee roofing a 7-12 pitch roof next to an unguarded roof edge and exposed to a fall hazard of up to 10 feet, 4 inches, at Today's Homeworks, Inc. located at 500 East Wachter Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
