29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On or about 4/24/14 - 1101 10th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL 35205, the work area and passageway at the south end of the third floor was not kept clear of loose cords, exposing employees to tripping hazards.
