PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about May 1, 2014, at the above addressed site, the employer did not provide employees performing work with hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Acetone and Spectrum Gel Coat with Styrene Monomer effective information and training for the hazards associated with those chemicals and in the procedures to be followed in order to protect themselves. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
