29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1): When an employee first entered into employment, and at least annually thereafter, the employer did not inform current employees covered by this section of the information contained in paragraphs 29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1)(i) through 1910.1020(g)(1)(iii):  a) University Support Building 2 - The employer did not inform employees of the existence, location and availability of exposure records, the person responsible for maintaining and providing access to the exposure records, and each employee's rights of access to the exposure records upon initial employment and at least annually thereafter, on or about May 1, 2014.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
