29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) On or about April 29, 2014, the employer exposed employees to corrosive hazards in the forklift battery charging area.  The eye wash station was blocked by cases of non-alcoholic beverages.  Employees are potentially exposed to battery acid which can cause severe eye damage.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
