29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition.  YARD:  The roof of the storage shed was broken and had falling/bent pieces of wood onto the pallets of shingles.    Lyon & Billard Lumber Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 123191223 Citation 1 Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12-24-2009 , with respect to a workplace at 38 Gypsy Lane, CT 06450.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): Certification. The employer shall certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation.  WORKSITE:  The employer had not maintained the certification of training for the powered industrial truck operator.
