29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end:    (a) Jobsite: The end of the Werner 2524 24 foot long aluminum scaffold plank extended over its support more than 18 inches on the left and right sides of the scaffold, and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform was able to support employees without tipping, or had guardrails which blocked employee access to the cantilivered end, for a jobsite located in North Providence RI on or about 5-2-14.
