29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     (a)  On or about April 21, 2014, the employer did not protect employees from fall hazards of greater than 11 feet while working on the first level roof to install window trim on the second floor windows of a house, without fall protection.      Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
