29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about April 30, 2014 and at times prior thereto, at a jobsite located at 4202 S. Broadway, Tyler, Texas.  Two (2) employees performing framing activities were exposed to a fall of approximately 16 feet to the ground below.  No fall protection in place or in use.
