29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:   A.)  Homerwood Corporation, finishing line - On or about 5/1/14 and time prior thereto:  Company employees work with and around chemicals, including, but not limited to, Naptha, Acetone Ketone, varnishes and thinners.  The emergency eyewash station in the finishing line area was not in compliance with ANSI 358.1 for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment in that the weekly inspections of the equipment were not conducted.  The emergency eyewash unit was not activated weekly to verify proper operation.
