Employees, using pneumatic nail guns to install composite roof sheathing and roof rafters had not been provided and were not wearing protective eyewear.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Roof of 2285 Beragio Place, Alpharetta, Georgia. The unprotected employees working from a steep, 8 in 12, pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards. The edges of the roof were approximately 21-feet 8-inches above ground level.
