29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) referenced by 29 CFR 1926.59: The written hazard communication program did not have a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that is referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet (the list may be compiled for the workplace as a whole or for individual work areas):  At the project  Dunn Edwards Spartan Wall paint, SWLL30-0L1 was not on the list of hazardous chemicals. Employees were to spray paint the hallway doors and door frames for every room with the paint.
