29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: A.) Cavalier Roofing Company Inc. --- On or about 5/8/14, employees were engaged in roofing activities without utilizing any means of all protection. Personnel were performing roof activities in areas that included but were not limited to the skylight roof. Personnel were exposed to falls ranging in height from at least 10-feet to 30-feet.
