29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 8 East Goodrich Avenue, Long Beach Township NJ:  An employee, not supplied with fall protection, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below when performing sding installation and other related activities from the roof of a residential building that had a pitch of approximately 6 on 12.  Condition observed on or about 05/08/14.
