Employer did not provide training to employee(s) regarding the new chemical container labeling and safety data sheets according to the UN Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) by the date required by the standard. Employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to isopropyl alcohol, Wondermask WSOL, and Humiseal Thinner 73.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet/safety data sheet.  A list of hazardous chemicals used in the facility that corresponded with the appropriate MSDS/SDS was not available upon agency request. Employees were exposed to chemicals including, but not limited to isopropyl alcohol, Wondermask WSOL, and Humiseal Thinner 73.
