29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.    (a) South Jobsite - On or about May 07, 2014 employees removing shingles on a 4/12 pitch roof without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall height of 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) South Jobsite - On or about May 07, 2014 employee was removing shingles on a 8/12 pitch roof without fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall height of 15 feet to the roof below.
