(c) On or about May 13, 2013 a Cut Off Saw Operator was exposed to continuous noise at 172% of the permissible daily noise (8-hour time- weighted average sound level of 90 dB) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 94 dBA during the 437 minute sampling period on 05/13/14.  Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.    (d) On or about May 13, 2013 a Laborer was exposed to continuous noise at 86% of the permissible daily noise (8-hour time- weighted average sound level of 90 dB) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 89 dBA during the 423 minute sampling period on 05/13/14.  Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.
