29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid:    On or about April 16, 2014, and at times prior thereto, the residential construction site was located approximately 30 minutes from the nearest hospital.  No one at the jobsite had a valid certificate in first-aid training to render treatment in the event of an injury at the worksite.
