29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about May 15, 2014, the flexible power cord of the JLC Coffing ¼ ton electric hoist, located at the RP 506 P Press, was not fitted so that strain relief was provided to prevent the cord casing from pulling away from the cord plug. The hoist power cord was plugged into an extension cord located between Press 401 and Press 402.
