29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     a) On or about May 14, 2014, Alpine Gutters & Downspouts, Inc., did not ensure that employees were protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. Workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet while engaged in gutter installation activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place.       Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
