29 CFR 1926.305(d)(1)(i): The load was not cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once after the load had been raised:      a)  Installation site, on or about 5/15/14:  Temporary support blocking was not provided under a manufactured home after the home had been raised with jacks. The home unexpectedly shifted to one side and fell onto an employee;    OR (IN THE ALTERNATIVE):    OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck/crushed by falling manufactured home:    a)  Installation site, on or about 5/15/14:  Temporary support blocking was not provided under a manufactured home after the home had been raised with jacks. The home unexpectedly shifted to one side and fell onto an employee.
