29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards in the surroundings or working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to employees, and who has the authority to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them):    (a) Design Platform LLC, at 2125 W 34th Avenue, Denver, CO:  On and preceding 5/20/14, Design Platform LLC did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. Design Platform LLC directed the work of The Wall Doctor and Big Al's Insulating Inc during remodeling of a home.  Design Platform LLC did not perform inspections of the worksite and equipment to ensure that employees of The Wall Doctor and Big Al's Insulating Inc were not exposed to hazardous work conditions. These conditions exposed employees of The Wall Doctor and Big Al's Insulating Inc to chemical hazards.
