The sampling was performed for 464 minutes on 05/28/14. Zero exposure was assumed for the remainder of the shift.    b) On or about 05/20/14 - Shot blast machine area, an employee operating the "Gilbraltar" shot blast machine was exposed to occupational noise at 108.0 % of the allowable 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of 90.6 dBA. The sampling was performed for 475 minutes on 05/28/14.  Zero exposure was assumed for the remainder of the shift.
