29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     Jobsite:         Instance A:  An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 38 feet while unloading material through a window opening on the north side of the building.        Instance B:   An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 38 feet while unloading material through a window opening on the east side of the building.         Instance C:  An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while working near the roof's edge.          Instance D:  When employees initially attempted to erect a guardrail at the roof's edge along the west side of the building.      Force Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard ( 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949640,  citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Corbin Avenue and Jerome Drive in Hartford, CT.
