Worksite located at 1 Pirate Drive, Boonville, Missouri- Employee was observed drilling into the exterior of the building with a drill and was not protected from impact to the eyes with the use of safety glasses or face shields.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a). Worksite located at 1 Pirate Drive, Boonville, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking near unprotected sides and edges without the use of  any means of fall protection.
