29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:   a) 4289 Main St., Laplace, LA; On or about 5/20/14, an employee was observed working from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was cleaning lights on the bottom of a driveway overhang. The employee was approx. 10 feet above the ground.
