On or about May 28, 2014, CNC Department:  Two Doosan New Revo 4030 Vertical Machining Centers were not equipped with safety interlocks, allowing entry into the point of operation.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:  A.  On or about May 28, 2014, Production Floor:  In the following instances, compressed air used for cleaning was not reduced to below 30 p.s.i. when dead-ended:  1.  At the two Doosan New Revo 4020 Vertical Machining Centers at the font of the shop.  2.  At the DMG Dura Vertical 5100, on the right side of the shop.  3.  At the Mori Seiki Dura Vertical 5100 at the back of the shop.  4.  At the Methods Slant 50 Turning Center, on the left side of the shop.
