29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: 9800 Manchester Road (Papa John's Pizza): Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a flat commercial roof in the rear of the building approximately 17 feet from the roof to ground level without using guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, or safety monitoring systems.
