The latest date by which this violation was to be corrected was July 8, 2014.  b) Jobsite at 777 S 8th Street, Boise, Idaho:  The employer, Sather Construction LLC, did not provide certification that OTHER-THAN-SERIOUS citation 1, item 2, of inspection number 978323 was corrected.  The latest date by which this violation was to be corrected was July 29, 2014.  c) Jobsite at 777 S 8th Street, Boise, Idaho:  The employer, Sather Construction LLC, did not provide certification that OTHER-THAN-SERIOUS citation 1, item 3, of inspection number 978323 was corrected. For these employees, the employer had not provided the advisory information of Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134.  Abatement certification is required for this item.
