29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) The employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 1 in which a competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Condition noted on or about 5/28/14.   b) the employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 2 in which employees working beneath employees performing framing and other related activities using hand tools and other loose equipment were not supplied with head protection exposing them to struck by hazards. Condition observed on or about 05/28/14.  c)  The employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 3a in which employees were not provided with fall protection when exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet. Condition observed on or about 5/28/14.  d) The employer failed to provide documentation and certification for abatement of citation 1 item 3b in which employee were not trained on fall hazards. Condition noted on or about 5/28/14.

Company employees at this site were exposed to hazards including, but not limited to fall and struck by hazards.  Condition noted on or about 05/28/14. The company employees did not recieve any fall protection training from the company.  Condition noted on or about 05/28/14.
