29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)(a) Laydown area next to the water tank, 300 gallon diesel fuel storage tank (green) which had residual fuel inside the tank.  The tank was not empty.  Employees and contractors and PNSY employees walk by this tank on a daily basis within 10 feet from the sidewalk.  Jobsite:  As the controlling contractor on site there were no labels on a 300 gallon diesel storage tank that had residual fuel inside.  Also a portable diesel fuel tank on the left hand side of the water tank (100 gallon) not properly labeled.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the appropriate hazard warnings: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)(a) 25 yards down the street from the water tank in a laydown area of job material a 300 gallon diesel fuel tank.  Employees, contractors and PNSY employees walk by this fuel storage tank on a daily basis within 10 feet from the sidewalk. The fuel tank was recently painted and delivered two weeks prior.  Jobsite:  As the controlling contractor on site employers allowed three (2) diesel containers that were not properly labeled / marked to be stored that had residual fuel inside the tanks.

29 CFR 1926.404(f)(1)(iv)(C): AC premises wiring system was not grounded where the system is nominally rated 240/120 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire in which the midpoint of one phase is used as a circuit conductor:(a)behind pump station and in front of the water tank.  Exterior electrical panel with multiple outlets that was covered with a garbage bag.  Employees exposed to electrical hazards for not having waterproof covers on outlets.  Jobsite:  As the controlling contractor on site a 120/240 electrical panel was not grounded and being used by contractors on site on a daily basis.
