OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized fire and/or explosion hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: On or about May 30, 2014, and times prior thereto, the employer, by not storing hazardous chemicals including but not limited to potassium chloride, dibasic ammonium phosphate, and ammonium nitrate in well-ventilated areas, exposed employees to fire and/or explosion hazards.
