The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated  a) Burlington Coat Factory, Store #260, 229 Route 73 South, Marlton, NJ 08053: On or about May 7, 2014, an employee working from the basket of a Snorkelift Aerial Work Platform were not protected from falls by the use of fall protection harnesses connected to an anchor point. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 20ft.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FALURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
