29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use.  In the mixing room, for employees who wear tight fitting respirators, the employer did not have a written protection program that covered the following elements:  a) Medical evaluations for employees required to use respirators. b) Fit testing for tight fitting respirators. c) Proper use of respirators such as positive and negative fit checking. e) Schedule for cleaning, disinfecting, storing, inspecting, and maintaining. f) Training.
