29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)    ISOWA #1515 had gaps in the perimeter guarding for the equipment which could allow exposure to ingoing nip points and rotating parts:            1.    There was a 33" wide x 28" high opening in the transfer section when running small product.            2.    The Pre feeder drive side was not protected when lowering or raising the conveyor.            3.    There was a 17" wide x 5' high gap by transformer on drive side.            4.    There was a wide open gap by the 2nd transformer on the drive side.            5.    There was a 31" high x 12' long opening under electrical panels on the drive side.    b)    SONIXS Strapper by MOSCA has an unguarded nip point on the operator's side.
