29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: Location: 1771 S. Erie Blvd, Hamilton, OH: On or about June 3, 2014 two employees working for Journey Steel, Inc. were observed installing les while sitting and standing on the rails of a Genie S-65 Telescopic Boom Aerial Lift basket and exposed to a fall hazard approximately 25 feet to the ground level below.
