29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a-500 Franklin Turnpike, Ramsey NJ: An employee was observed engaged in the operation of an aerial lift and wearing a personal fall arrest harness but was not secured to the lift basket via a secured lanyard exposing the worker to fall hazards of 15ft to the concrete below.
