29 CFR 1926.152(c)(1): Storage of containers (not more than 60 gallons each) shall not exceed 1,100 gallons in any one pile or area. Piles or groups of containers were not separated by a 5-foot clearance. Piles or groups of containers were nearer than 20 feet to a building.  North; three 55-gallon drum containers of diesel fuel was stored approximately 13 feet from the building structure and employees' work area, exposing employees to fire hazards.
