29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage:  a) Warehouse, 2nd floor - Aisle K2: Accumulation of boxes and bags of clothing were kept on the floor exposing employees to trip and fall hazards; on or about 6/3/14.  b) Warehouse, 2nd floor - Aisle M1: Accumulation of boxes and bags of clothing were kept on the floor exposing employees to trip and fall hazards; on or about 6/3/14.  c) Warehouse, 2nd floor - Main Aisle: Accumulation of boxes and bags of clothing were kept on the floor exposing employees to trip and fall hazards; on or about 6/3/14.  d) Warehouse, 1st floor storage Main Aisle: Accumulation of boxes and bags of clothing were kept on the floor exposing employees to trip and fall hazards to the employees; on or about 6/3/14.  e) Warehouse, 1st floor storage -Aisle G2: Accumulation of boxes and bags of clothing were kept on the floor exposing employees to trip and fall hazards to the employees; on or about 6/3/14.
