29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and regulations applicable his work environment to control or leminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:    a) On or about May 28, 2014, at 1750 Old Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409, the employer did not instruct its employee to conduct job safety analyses nor instruct its employee to indentify and use the tools and equipment necessary to avoid unsafe conditions when performing overhead electrical work.    NOTE: ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards:    a) On or about May 28, 2014,  at 1750 Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33409, an employee was not trained in the hazards associated with working from ladders.    Note: ABATEMTENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
